Janet Elaine Horning Price was born in Norristown, PA, and from the very beginning lived life with grit, heart, and a wicked sense of humor.

After leaving the orphanage at age eight, she grew into a strong, independent woman who proudly served in the United States Navy — bringing her quick wit, sharp mind, and unmistakable charm everywhere she went.

A devoted mother, grandmother, and friend, Janet was known for her humor, laughter, unforgettable stories, and her talent for turning even the simplest moment into something worth remembering.

Whether serving her country, raising her family, or cracking jokes that could stop a room, she lived boldly and loved deeply. Her spirit, humor, and strength continue to brighten all of us lucky enough to have known her.
