Joan Marie Crocker Pelletier

August 19, 1938 – July 6, 2026

Although born in Albany, Oregon, she spent over 50 years living in Auburn, Washington. Joan was a creative, outgoing person who was dedicated to her family and friends.

Her handmade Christmas chocolates were a favorite gift of everyone who knew her. She grew beautiful flowers and vegetables, turning the produce into fabulous flower arrangements and canned goods.

Married for nearly 70 years to her high school sweetheart, Ray. They traveled the world and were a loving and committed couple. Alzheimer’s robbed her of fully enjoying the last years of her life, but her husband Ray was a constant presence in her care.

Her family is hopeful that this devastating disease can be eradicated by continuing research into its prevention and cure.
