Noella, nicknamed Lovey as a small child, was the youngest of eight children from Worchester, Massachusetts. Her hometown is where she found and married her childhood sweetheart, Richard, on June 20, 1953.

Lovey was the heart of her home in the truest meaning. Her family would gather for holidays and events around her kitchen table while she stirred the pots and manned the stoves. Family was paramount to her, and the delicious food and fond memories that she created in her home and in her kitchen for her husband, her children, her grandchildren, and her great-grandchildren will live on.

She was a loving wife, a mother of four, a grandmother of six, and a great-grandmother of five. She was predeceased by six of her siblings, including her brother Leo who was killed in action during WWII in the South Pacific.
